3D Asset Viewer
UirTus approached us with the challenge of turning their tower asset records into a clear, intuitive visual system that could help users quickly understand tower occupancy, equipment placement, and available capacity.
At Design Intelligence LLP, we designed and developed an interactive 3D Mobile Tower Asset Viewer that converts telecom tower data into detailed visual models. Using a tower Site ID, users can instantly view a digital 3D representation of the tower, explore its components, and access structured asset information along with real site images.
Built using custom algorithms and informed by our civil engineering expertise in telecom infrastructure, the viewer enables faster tower assessment, improved asset visibility, and a more intuitive way to manage telecom tower data.
How It Works
Discover the step-by-step approach and capabilities that drive this project forward.
Interactive 3D Tower Visualization
Users can access a complete 3D model of the telecom tower using a tower Site ID. The viewer provides a clear structural overview of the tower along with the placement of telecom equipment.

Color-Coded Operator Identification
Telecom equipment belonging to different Mobile Network Operators is displayed using distinct colors, allowing users to quickly identify which operators occupy specific positions on the tower.

Clickable Asset Components
Each part of the tower is interactive. Users can click on components to view equipment specifications, panel details, mounting information, and related asset data.

Real Image Verification
The system links asset records with real photographs from the tower site, helping users verify equipment placement and validate data accuracy.

Quickbase Data Integration
Tower asset records maintained in Quickbase are integrated with the 3D viewer, transforming structured infrastructure data into a visual and easy-to-understand interface.

Algorithm-Generated 3D Models
Instead of relying on prebuilt models, we developed the telecom tower structures from scratch using algorithm-driven modeling based on engineering parameters such as height, structure type, panel dimensions, and mounting configurations. This ensures accurate and scalable visualization of telecom tower assets.
